Once your order is placed it will go into the pick and packing stage, please allow 1-3 days for this process.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.
Please allow between 15-20 business days to receive your item.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if products ordered are on back order, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
