- 1Pro ship Australia wide.
- Once your order is placed it will go into the pick and packing stage, please allow 1-3 days for this process.
- We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.
- Please allow between 15-20 business days to receive your item.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if products ordered are on back order, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Accepted payment methods – PayPal, afterpay, direct deposit & credit card.
- 1Pro are not held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels and do not except returns on any orders.
- 1Pro do not hand out tracking numbers on any orders.
